Product Safety website news, recently, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) issued a consultation draft, sought on mandatory labeling of tobacco (graphic health warnings) standard public comments. The standard proposed in the January 1, 2012 effective , requires manufacturers, vendors, etc. in the July 1, 2012 until fully meet the requirements.

The purpose of the draft consultation is to seek comments, graphic health warnings on tobacco make the appropriate changes and adjustments.
