According chemicalwatch site news, recently the Romanian National Institute of Public Health on the regulation of drinking water exposure to chemical substances released a draft proposal of the draft regulatory targets, including access to drinking water in China or imported products, materials, chemicals/mixture, and equipment.
It is understood that the Bill require manufacturers and importers prior to the National Institute of Public Health to submit product documentation, if the Institute believes that the product will not affect the health of consumers, then the notification will be published product licensing.
